WHERE CAN WE DELIVER PRODUCTS?

COM delivers its products worldwide. We ship our products to India and around the countries worldwide. We use premium courier partners such as DHL, Blue Dart, FedEx, etc for our domestic & international deliveries. We can usually delivery domestic orders in 1-2 business days and international orders in 3-5 business days to regular pincodes. It may take up to 10-12 business days to deliver products to remote locations within India and 10-15 days for other countries.

Is it possible to cancel the order once placed and how can I Cancel?

Order can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped or within 24 hours of placing the order.You can cancel the order by calling our Customer Service number at +918879793880 or you may also email us to: support@thegiftdecor.co

How long does it take for the refund to be processed?

Refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Can I get a replacement of my order or product?

  • Replacement or refund will be at the discretion of thegiftdecor.com and will be processed under the following conditions:
  • Replacement – If the product is damaged during transit or at the time of delivery and the damaged product is retuned to us by the customer
  • Refund – If the replacement for the product ordered by the customer is not available. Refund will be credited to the respective account used for the purchase which may be Debit/Credit card, Net banking or Bank Transfer. Or we can also provide refund in the form of store credits.

What do I do if the product I received is damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery?

  • In case of damaged or incorrect product please email us images of the product received to support@thegiftdecor.com or call us at +918879793880.
  • Also, you have to return the product to us within 10 days of the order delivery for appropriate action.
  • Note: Replacement will be applicable only if the replacement request has been sent to us in 48 hours of the order delivery. And photographs of the damaged product are emailed to us to: support@ thegiftdecor.com. Damaged product should be returned to us within 15 days from the date the replacement request is initiated.
  • Please do not remove any product tags whilst processing the return.

Do I have to pay for the shipping charges of the return package?

  • The courier charge will be refunded only in the case of damaged or incorrectly supplied items. It can be claimed during the process of return of the damaged items.

  • com will notify you when we’ve received your return package. The courier charge will be refunded only once we receive the package and the same has been verified and confirmed for replacement or refund.

Is it possible to cancel the order in case of delay in delivery?

  • If there is a delay in delivery of the order for more than 2 weeks we can issue a full refund to you on your request. However; the two way carrier and handling service charges will be deducted from the order amount and the rest will be refunded to you.
  • *Please note that the above condition will not apply to delivery delayed due to bad weather conditions, natural disasters and political unrest.

Do you replace faulty products or damaged during transit?

Yes we can replace faulty products damaged during transit; however in such case please email us the image of the damaged product within 24 hours of the order delivery to:  support@thegiftdecor.com

Thegiftdecor.com offers an assorted range of products for people of all age groups and genders. Anybody who is above 18 years of age can purchase from thegiftdecor.com

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

When you complete an order online, you should see a page showing your order and payment details. Shortly after you complete your order, we’ll send you an email confirming we’ve received it. All registered users can also sign in to “My Account” page on the website and check their recent orders. What Payment methods are accepted?

Can I do a direct Bank Transfer?

Yes you may do a direct bank transfer. We will provide you with the bank details once you place the order on the website.

How safe is your Checkout process?

We are very serious with regards to the security of our customers; hence we have a secure payment mechanism at checkout which is encrypted. You may also refer to our Privacy policy for more information.

What happens if I do not receive the product I have ordered?

We display only those products which are available with us; however under any circumstances if we do not have the product you have ordered; we will notify you with an alternate product which will of the same quality and price; or we will try to source it urgently from our suppliers and keep you informed about the delay in shipping. In case if any disagreement we can issue a refund in 08-10 business days.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery charges may vary as per the dimensions of the product, weight and the destination/pin code. You will know the delivery charges once you select the product and Add to Cart.

How do I change the order I placed?

Unfortunately ‘once the order is placed no changes can be made.
